About the position
The Senior Test Manager will support the Medium Altitude UAS Program Office (MQ-9 Reaper) by facilitating test interface support between the program office, test centers, and the OEM. This role involves assisting the Program Manager in establishing an Integrated Test Team (ITT) responsible for developing the Test & Evaluation (T&E) strategy and integrated test plans. The candidate will also provide advisory assistance in reviewing test plans and reports, preparing test budgets, and drafting documentation for test status briefings.
Responsibilities
- Support the Medium Altitude UAS Program Office (MQ-9 Reaper) in providing test interface support.
- Assist the Program Manager in establishing an Integrated Test Team (ITT) for developing T&E strategy and integrated test plans.
- Prepare and coordinate ITT Charters, Test Concepts, and Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP).
- Provide advisory assistance in the review and coordination of test plans and reports.
- Prepare test budgets and monitor test expenditures for system level tests.
- Draft documentation support for test status briefings for the program office.
Requirements
- Master's degree and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, OR Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Security Clearance Required: Secret.
