About the position

The Senior Training Specialist in Human Resources Talent Development is responsible for evaluating, designing, coordinating, and implementing training and education programs tailored to departmental needs. This role focuses on conducting training needs assessments, monitoring training effectiveness, and facilitating various training sessions to enhance employee skills and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design training programs specific to departmental needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and monitor training effectiveness.
• Facilitate team building activities and develop seminars.
• Provide online educational sessions using Zoom and Teams.
• Assist with New Employee Orientation and leadership series.
• Communicate with employees and departmental leaders regarding developmental needs.
• Conduct compliance training and answer related questions.
• Assist with employee recognition events and other departmental activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three years of related experience.
