About the position

The Senior Training Specialist will play a crucial role in the CRM project team within HUB Retirement & Private Wealth, reporting to the CRM Program Lead. This position focuses on planning and facilitating training for the Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring user adoption, and developing a communication strategy for the CRM implementation. The role requires collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and the CRM project team to deliver effective training across multiple offices, emphasizing user engagement and clarity in communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a training program, including supporting materials, for a broad user group across multiple disciplines within wealth management and retirement.
• Facilitate training and provide mentorship during a phased rollout plan to various office locations.
• Drive user adoption and engagement of the CRM platform through effective communication, training programs, and change management initiatives.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and guidance for end users.
• Act as a change champion and support enhancements/initiatives to educate business users on impending changes in their work.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics; Microsoft Dynamics certification is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging communications and training materials.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Excellent large and small group facilitation skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
