About the position

The Senior Treasury Analyst at APi Group is responsible for managing treasury operations, including cash management and banking activities. This role serves as a subject matter expert for treasury functions across operating companies, focusing on problem-solving, communication with senior leaders, and driving transformational change. The position emphasizes leadership development and operational efficiency through technology and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including wires, payment exceptions, and intercompany cash movements.
• Lead M&A integrations for treasury, developing and executing banking transition plans.
• Develop and implement a direct cash flow forecast for M&A, debt paydown, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate finance, accounting teams, and external banking partners.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and technology recommendations.
• Support compliance and SOx efforts by preparing documentation and reviewing key controls.
• Administer access to treasury platforms and perform periodic user access reviews.
• Manage policies, procedures, and documentation for the department, ensuring team training on key processes.
• Perform ad hoc Treasury analysis and special projects as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or banking.
• Treasury experience in a large, global company preferred.
• Experience with banking portals, payments, and financial markets terminology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships internally and externally.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with an understanding of strategic vision.
