About the position

The Senior UI/UX Designer at Volo will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for both web and mobile platforms. This position involves collaborating with product managers, department heads, and senior leaders to design intuitive and engaging interfaces for Volo's e-commerce platform and consumer applications. The designer will focus on creating simple yet effective UI solutions that prioritize user experience, while also managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
• Producing high-quality UI design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
• Designing and testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, and page flows.
• Creating UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets.
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• Mastery of Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
• Proven ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
• Deep knowledge of UI components and a portfolio showcasing excellence in mobile and web UI design.
• Proven experience creating and organizing design systems and components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
