About the position

The User Experience Designer will lead and drive UX strategy, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of user experience expectations. This role focuses on creating scalable design solutions and leveraging user-centered design processes to enhance product usability across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive UX strategy in collaboration with Product Management, end users, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Conceptualize innovative solutions and create user experience specifications, workflows, and mockups.
• Utilize deep knowledge of user-centered design processes and methodologies to create optimal user experiences.
• Design web applications and mobile solutions for enterprise platforms.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to enhance user understanding.
• Perform UX analysis, including competitive analyses, market assessments, and heuristic evaluations.
• Develop information architecture and taxonomies, including navigation and search schemas.
• Analyze web analytics and user feedback data to inform design enhancements.
• Conduct usability testing and develop design improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of user-centered design processes and methodology.
• Experience in Interaction Design, interaction modeling, and creating user flows.
• Advanced wireframing, prototyping, and visual design skills with relevant tools.
• Experience designing web applications and mobile solutions for enterprise platforms.
• Ability to think strategically about product vision and strategy.
• Experience in UX strategy, user research, and usability studies.
• Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps.
• Experience in conducting competitive analyses and heuristic evaluations.
• Knowledge of information architecture and navigation schemas.
• Experience with web analytics and user feedback data analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced software development environment.
• High energy level and enthusiasm for success.
• Creativity and ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for effective communication with developers.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Must have an online portfolio.
