About the position

The Senior UI/UX Designer at Advicent will play a crucial role in designing intuitive workflows and experiences for various web applications, including financial planning tools and dashboards. This position is integral to enhancing user experience and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality design work. The designer will collaborate with product and project teams, producing high-fidelity UI/UX solutions and participating in brainstorming sessions to drive innovation in the financial technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Work with product and project teams in leading the design process across various media and platforms.
• Produce high-fidelity UI/UX solutions from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with clients and management to ensure client satisfaction through high-quality design work.
• Identify and vocalize opportunities to improve end products where applicable.
• Produce UI components, icons, graphics, and marketing materials quickly and as requested.
• Collaborate on projects with the design team and provide/receive useful feedback on a regular basis.
• Participate in brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions.
• Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, providing self-management and prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX Design or related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience working within the field.
• Excellent skills in Sketch and Adobe Suite.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Exceptional design portfolio (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for design and UI/UX.
• Self-starter with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work across international time-zones.
