About the position

The Senior UI/UX Designer at SHOPLINE will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience across the platform. This position involves conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive products. The designer will also be responsible for testing and iterating on designs to ensure continuous improvement, while staying updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviors
• Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to create intuitive and user-friendly products
• Test and iterate on product designs to continuously improve the user experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in UX design
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment

Nice-to-haves

• Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web design
• Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with user testing and research methodologies
