About the position

The UI/UX Designer at Warner Bros. Discovery will play a crucial role in enhancing enterprise tools by understanding user needs and creating user-friendly interfaces. This position involves collaborating with product managers and engineers to design user flows and high-fidelity UI designs, contributing to a design system, and ensuring that the final products meet user expectations and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using user journeys, process flows and design animations
• Use and contribute to a design system and component library
• Work tightly with Product Managers to define user requirements, user journeys and low-fidelity UI mocks
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs and animations that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Work closely with front-end developers to provide design specs and review the build out of working products based on UI designs
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, accessibility)
• Conduct design adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years work experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of Figma UI design tool
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
