About the position

The Senior UI/UX Front End Developer role at Deloitte's Government and Public Services Cyber Practice focuses on enhancing cyber security through innovative design and development. This position involves hands-on coding, designing user interfaces, and creating user-centered designs while overseeing junior staff. The role is integral to advising and implementing solutions that strengthen organizations' cyber capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages.
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
• May oversee the efforts of less junior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Requirements

• Master's Degree and 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 18 years of experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 10+ years of experience with product design.
