Responsibilities

• Structure, underwrite, and monitor commercial real estate loans.
• Complete loan approval packages including financial analysis, stress testing, and collateral valuation.
• Work with commercial private bankers to review loans and collect updated financial information.
• Perform annual and periodic reviews of a designated portfolio of commercial real estate clients.
• Provide support for internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Develop and coach junior team members, providing guidance and mentoring.
• Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial real estate underwriting and loan structuring.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including cash flow analysis and stress testing.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial loans.
• Experience in client relationship management and customer retention efforts.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in commercial lending.
