About the position

As a Senior User Acquisition Manager at Electronic Arts, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our mobile games through strategic media buying and user acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with advertising partners, which is crucial for strengthening EA's position within their development roadmaps. You will also be expected to lead innovative ideas and strategies in response to the ever-evolving landscape of the gaming industry, particularly in areas such as privacy and measurement. Your ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns across various titles and partners will be key to enhancing the user experience for our top mobile games. You will be part of a dynamic team that values knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing, always striving to improve the growth marketing ecosystem. Responsibilities

  • Functional expert in media buying and user acquisition
  • Work with UA Leadership to execute on and lead UA performance for EA Mobile's top titles
  • Lead team ideas and innovation through ambiguous industry changes, i.e. privacy, measurement
  • Nurture advertising partner relationships to strengthen EA's standing within the partner's development roadmap
  • Always want to improve the growth marketing ecosystem with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing
  • Take ownership of the entire user experience for top flight mobile games while juggling projects and campaigns across multiple titles/apps and partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in mobile media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
  • Experience building user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV)
  • Curiosity and experience always looking for, proposing, testing new advertising channels, partners and formats
  • Experience inspiring team members at any level to achieve at an elite level
  • BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent Quantitative field
  • Experience building relationships with third-party media partners with an emphasis on paid social platforms like FB/IG, Snapchat
  • Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investment
  • Passion/knowledge for video games
  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL and Microsoft office / google applications
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with coding languages like Python or HTML
  • Comfortable managing multi million dollar budgets
