About the position
The Senior User Experience Designer at S&P Global Market Intelligence plays a crucial role in enhancing user experience through collaboration with Product, Operations, and Technology teams. This position focuses on delivering visualizations and documentation that meet client needs while adhering to defined timelines. The designer will leverage analytical skills to evaluate complex business scenarios and communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to enhance user experience.
- Deliver visualizations and key requirements documentation based on defined timelines.
- Examine and evaluate complex business scenarios to assess client needs.
- Create visual representations of user journeys, including storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Incorporate inclusive design and accessibility guidelines into design solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in user experience design, particularly in interaction design and information architecture for the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys.
- Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
- Proven ability to develop customer-centric experiences that exceed initial proposals.
- Advanced technical literacy, including understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, and microservices.
