About the position

The Senior User Experience Researcher, Insights & Operations at ADP is responsible for managing the gathering, analyzing, and storing of human insights for the company's cloud-based solutions. This role focuses on creating a searchable repository of insights to enhance knowledge management and inform product and design decisions. The researcher will collaborate with various teams to drive continuous improvement in insights practices and processes, ensuring that research findings are accessible and reusable across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish a knowledge management system for insights and data.
• Drive continuous improvement in insights practices and processes.
• Organize insights using taxonomies and classification systems.
• Tag insights with relevant metadata for easy filtering and searching.
• Develop a communications strategy to share research insights across teams.
• Support participant recruiting and data management best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and solve problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in User Experience Research Operations in a software development environment.
• Experience with research tools such as Dovetail, Maze, UserZoom, Qualtrics, and Figma.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint.
• Experience with HCM, B2B, or similarly complex products.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and proactive skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills to track and improve research knowledge management.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
