The Senior User Experience Researcher will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience by conducting comprehensive research activities. This position involves recruiting participants, moderating research sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders to derive insights and recommendations that inform design decisions. Responsibilities

• Conduct user experience recruiting activities.
• Write recruiting emails.
• Use, update, and maintain the participant database.
• Arrange facility rentals.
• Contact potential participants.
• Schedule participants.
• Work with business partners for contact names.
• Prepare participant screeners.
• Conduct user experience activity tasks.
• Determine the appropriate user experience research task(s).
• Create proposals.
• Generate the research materials.
• Moderate or conduct research sessions.
• Gather and analyze the activity results.
• Analyze activity results and data and create results reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine insights and recommendations.
• Conduct research, create and deliver proposals, reports, and presentations on time and with the highest quality.
