About the position

The Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher at SRP plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methods. This position is responsible for managing research projects from inception to completion, providing insights that inform design and operational decisions across the organization. The researcher will collaborate with various teams to understand customer journeys and needs, ultimately contributing to the development of better user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, plans, and leads the implementation of user experience research and journey mapping.
  • Supports various SRP teams on research projects as needed.
  • Proactively manages multiple projects and communicates progress effectively.
  • Conducts qualitative research activities including participant recruitment and user testing sessions.
  • Develops and conducts quantitative research projects including questionnaire development and data analysis.
  • Analyzes research data to synthesize findings and communicate insights to the organization.
  • Utilizes the Qualtrics platform for survey development and data management.
  • Builds strong internal partnerships with cross-functional teams and manages relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Champions user/customer experience research practices and assists in establishing best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong MS365 skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Qualitative interviewing skills such as focus group moderation or in-depth interviewing.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Qualtrics Certification preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
