About the position

As a Senior User Researcher at Snowflake, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our users. This involves designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable insights that inform product design and development. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that user insights are integrated into the product development process from the ground up. In this position, you will lead user interviews, usability testing, and surveys, and synthesize findings to create user personas and journey maps. You will also be expected to present your research findings to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Your expertise will help guide product strategy and ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research methodologies, a passion for understanding user needs, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and best practices in user research and contribute to the continuous improvement of our research processes.
