About the position

The Senior User Studies Researcher will join the Intelligent System Experience (ISE) group to enhance user experience for Apple products, including iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This role focuses on conducting human-centered research, advocating for users, and synthesizing data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct in-person and remote user studies on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS platforms.
• Extract insights about usability and overall user experience from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Present findings to engineering, design, QA, and product marketing teams to inform design decisions.
• Monitor ongoing user feedback and advocate for a diverse customer base.

Requirements

• Experience in conducting human-centered research and analysis.
• Sensitivity to different languages and cultures.
• Ability to synthesize data into insights and action items.
• Strong communication skills to present findings effectively.
