Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks.
  • Take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures within the software engineering division.
  • Suggest and justify product directions within approved directions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software engineering and development, particularly in utility electrical design.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in software applications and operating systems.
  • Ability to define and evolve standard practices and procedures in software development.
  • Experience in providing consultative guidance and strategic direction in software projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
