We are looking for a seasoned UX Designer who excels at crafting thoughtful consumer-facing experiences within Amazon's Buy with Prime design team. Buy with Prime allows millions of U.S.-based Prime members to shop directly from brands' online stores with the convenient and trusted experience they expect from Amazon. In collaboration with our partner brands, we want to ensure that the Prime experience seamlessly enhances carefully curated shopping journeys, while aligning with their brand values. You will work with our internal teams and our external partners at marquee brands to help integrate Prime experiences into their Direct-to-Consumer offerings while upholding the Prime bar and adhering to their brand philosophy. To be successful in this role, you must be great at creative problem solving, be adept at storytelling through visuals, have expertise in system's design thinking, and enjoy designing elegant e-commerce experiences with attention to micro-interactions. You will not only help us scale our design patterns but work with leaders at well-known brands to achieve harmony between their shopping experiences and our solutions. Experience with accessibility is paramount since at the scale at which we operate, we strive to offer a delightful experience to all our customers. Our team consists of highly specialized Interaction Designers, Visual Designers, Researchers, and Writers, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver innovative customer-facing experiences to Prime members. You will also work closely with a cross-functional group of Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, Business Development and organizational leaders to ideate and deliver on the best possible experience for our customers and partners.
