As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our creator platform, merchant platform, and agency platform. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of the business logic and setting design goals based on business objectives. You will work closely with product managers to explore TikTok's interest-based e-commerce creator sales models and provide high-quality solutions that effectively match creators with merchants on the platform. Your responsibilities will include the end-to-end design process, which encompasses design research, strategy development, design output, implementation, and iterative follow-up to ensure product usability and aesthetics. You will actively participate in business discussions and drive end-to-end experience optimization to achieve key business metrics. This position requires a strong foundation in design principles and the ability to integrate user research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to independently complete tasks such as information architecture, interface layout, workflow, UI design, and design specifications.
