About the position

The Sr. UX Designer at Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is responsible for driving user-centric strategies that enhance the overall customer experience across a global organization. This role involves collaborating with various teams to innovate and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet customer needs and improve engagement. The designer will advocate for the customer within a corporate environment, ensuring that design, technology, and business objectives align effectively.

Responsibilities

• Enable user-centric strategies to improve products and services and enhance the end-to-end user experience.
• Develop and socialize experiences that drive engagement throughout the organization, collaborating with research, design, and product management teams.
• Analyze customer behaviors to identify opportunities for problem-solving and create cohesive, best-in-class experiences.
• Create frameworks, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes to communicate design strategies.
• Advocate for the customer in a corporate environment, fostering a shared understanding of customer-centric design.
• Deliver high-quality creative products while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
• Present design rationale to business, design, and executive-level leadership using quantitative data and customer feedback.
• Help nurture a thriving design culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience.
• An available online portfolio showcasing design work.
• Experience in acquiring user data through usability studies and user research, and creating personas and journey maps.
• Experience designing in an agile development environment.
• Experience delivering design solutions for large scope and complexity projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes.
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows.
