We are currently seeking a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences in the real estate technology sector. This role involves collaborating closely with user research, product, and engineering teams to ensure that our solutions are not only user-centered but also technically feasible. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for guiding designs from inception to realization, utilizing your expertise in user research and high-fidelity feature development. Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to expert with in-depth knowledge of UI/UX best practices and standards.
• Utilize research-related techniques to support design recommendations.
• Collect and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
• Develop responsive and interactive prototypes for business approval, serving as templates for the development team.
• Evaluate the quality of the user experience through testing and analysis.
• Report results and make recommendations to improve user effectiveness, efficiency, and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of directly related experience in UX design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter with good time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft application suite.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience conducting UX research to inform design decisions and product roadmaps.
• A portfolio showcasing multiple projects that demonstrate experience in crafting usable digital interfaces.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with HTML, Visio, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Ability to take verbal or written concepts and craft UI/UX around them, maintaining or reusing existing components.
