As a Senior UX Designer at Marriott International, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of one of the world's leading hospitality brands. Your strong portfolio will be essential, showcasing your experience in UX and interaction design, particularly in commerce solutions. You will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of usability and transactional design best practices, especially as they pertain to large-scale global digital applications. Your ability to balance conversion techniques with an elevated user experience will be crucial in this position. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and apply new knowledge to identify strategic opportunities for competitive advantages. Your role will require you to communicate your design decisions effectively, using both qualitative and quantitative data to support your recommendations.
