About the position

HqO is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Design team, playing a crucial role in the development and strategy of their products. This position involves working through the full product lifecycle, balancing innovative design thinking with effective execution to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's mission of transforming real estate through user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Drive and work alongside other members of the design team on the end-to-end design and research of our products.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, journey maps, user flows, user personas, affinity maps, and other artifacts.
• Conduct user research and be the internal voice of our users.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to translate business and user needs into a beautiful and delightful experience.
• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our design system, ensuring it remains up-to-date, consistent, and accessible.
• Communicate your design ideas and prototypes to developers, stakeholders, and customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, continuously introducing fresh, viable concepts to the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and consistency.
• Mastery in Figma.
• Creative and analytical mindset to approach design challenges and find elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to articulate how design solutions impact business metrics and user behaviors, and defend decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to execute deliverables and meet deadlines with little oversight.
• Commitment to in-person communication and working in an office setting for most of the workweek.
