As a Senior UX Designer specializing in Design Systems at Epic Games, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our suite of products and services, including iconic games like Fortnite and groundbreaking platforms like Unreal Engine. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the strategy and execution of design systems that are robust, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into the Epic Games portfolio. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to enhance user experiences across our digital landscape, ensuring that our design systems support the overall product strategy and user engagement across various platforms. In this role, you will partner with product leadership to refine the vision for our cross-platform design systems, aligning them with Epic's strategic objectives. You will lead the creation of design components, guidelines, and specifications, ensuring consistency and intuitive user experiences across all user interfaces. Your innovative approach will drive the evolution of the design system, facilitating alignment and integration across various product teams, including desktop, web, mobile, console, and PC. You will promote cross-team collaboration and efficiency while advocating for the adoption of the design system and fostering a culture of high quality and consistency within the organization. Your expertise in the development and management of design systems will be crucial as you oversee product experiences from concept through to delivery.
