As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for planning ahead, anticipating the needs of the engineering team, and engaging in design planning with product owners and team leaders. You will incorporate user feedback into your designs, ensuring that each iteration is informed by real user experiences. Your communication skills will be essential as you facilitate discussions with engineers, clients, and peers, influencing the design approach and adapting to an agile environment. Responsibilities

• Plan and anticipate the needs of the engineering team as the UX designer for the team.
• Conduct design planning with product owners, engineering, and UX team leaders for future work and backlog grooming.
• Visualize creative solutions for customer problems using UX skills.
• Incorporate feedback from client users into each iteration of work through user research.
• Spot User Experience trends and turn them into enterprise recommendations.
• Facilitate discussions with engineers, client users, and peers to communicate effectively.
• Influence design approaches using experience in lean UX and design methodologies.
• Adapt and influence a Lean-Agile approach to design in an agile environment.
• Work on next-generation products with innovative tech stacks and seek solutions to challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in relevant skills in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with Javascript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Ability to create reusable user interface components.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and discussion facilitation.
• Experience in user research and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
