About the position

Guidepoint Global, LLC is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team in New York, NY to improve our internal CRM system and create new products to optimize the seamless delivery of our services. This position can be remote in the United States & candidate must be comfortable working EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product management, engineering other stakeholders to define the product strategy, roadmap, and design vision
• Conduct user research and testing to validate product hypotheses and inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and product features
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended
• Work with product management to develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to track the success of features and products
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis
• Mentor junior UX designers and contribute to the growth of the design team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
• 2 years experience in utilizing UX/Visual design
• Experience designing ecommerce, responsive sites and mobile applications
• Experience conducting conceptual, UX and visual design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Suite
• Experience utilizing InVision, Axure, Flinto and Framer JS
• Experience developing motion graphics and videos with Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects
