This role is pivotal as it involves working with the engine that powers the experience design and engineering capabilities at Concentrix. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be part of a larger team that works on projects across various departments including Finance, HR, Legal, and Engineering. This position is based in Omaha, Nebraska, and follows a hybrid office model. If you are relocating, you will need to be onsite from day one. Your role will involve delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that provide insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients. You will be surrounded by the best in the world, providing market-leading technology and insights to modernize and simplify the customer experience. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting user research and analysis, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with developers and product managers, planning and conducting usability tests, and developing UX strategies that align with the company's goals. You will also ensure that the visual design is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and responsive/mobile design principles. Your experience in leading design projects and facilitating workshops with stakeholders will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Develop and implement UX strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Ensure the visual design is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and responsive/mobile design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the UX/design space.
• Experience with user research (quantitative and qualitative).
• Experience with Figma design and prototyping software or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading design projects.
• Experience providing guidance to development teams to help them execute UX designs.
• Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design systems such as material design.
• Experience using a research repository such as Dovetail and turning research into actionable findings.
• Ability to use analytics software and analyze data.
• Experience presenting to company executives.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of interaction design principles.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design.
• Ability to convey ideas through sketches, wireframes, and mockups.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
