About the position

The Senior UX Designer will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences that enhance engagement, retention, and conversion. This position requires collaboration with developers, product owners, and clients, necessitating a strong understanding of design principles and project leadership from concept to delivery. The role is based in a hybrid work environment in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
• Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine user experiences.
• Provide accurate project estimates and manage project billing effectively.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding project timelines and progress.
• Engage in proactive problem-solving to address challenges and maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• Proficiency in designing UX from start to launch, including design quality assurance.
• Experience with modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC.
• Strong understanding of front-end development processes and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in creating development-ready user interfaces and scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing situations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Webflow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
