About the position

The Senior UX Mobile Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of user research, prototyping, and interaction design to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts are effectively communicated and implemented.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and test design concepts.
• Design intuitive interfaces and organize information logically to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment.
• Mentor and lead junior designers on the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing for native apps (iOS/Android).
• Strong skills in user research, prototyping, and wireframing.
• Proficiency in interaction design and information architecture.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree or certification in a human-centered design field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in UX, product, or human-centered design.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring other designers.
• Strong digital portfolio showcasing UX and UI design skills.
• Experience in mobile product design for various devices and platforms.
• Deep understanding of UX best practices and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
