About the position

The Senior UX Product Designer will lead complex user experience design initiatives across multiple high-impact products, acting as a subject matter expert and providing thought leadership in UX design. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and product strategists to develop innovative product strategies, while independently creating sophisticated designs that address user pain points and enhance overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end user experience design initiatives across multiple products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of extensive design experience with a proven track record in complex project environments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Exceptional full-stack design capabilities and mastery of advanced design tools and technologies.
• Experience designing for desktop, mobile, web, and emerging technologies.
• Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage complex product requirements and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Extraordinary aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
• Deep proficiency in human-computer interaction design and understanding of user insights.
