Full-time - Senior
Salt Lake City, UT

About the position

Cribl is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior UX Product Designer to join our growing design team. This pivotal role will focus on shaping and executing our design strategy, bringing cohesion to our product suite, and driving major initiatives for end-to-end user experience (E2E UX) across our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As a remote-first company, we believe in empowering our employees to do their best work, wherever they are. In this role, you will work closely with the design team, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified design language and consistent user experience across the product suite. You will create and maintain design systems and guidelines, contribute to major UX initiatives that span multiple products, and ensure an integrated and intuitive user experience from start to finish. Conducting user research and usability testing will be essential to gather insights and feedback, which you will translate into actionable design improvements and strategic recommendations. Collaboration is key in this position; you will partner with the design team and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize design projects, facilitate workshops, design sprints, and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and collaboration. You will also work through product problems from definition and opportunity to shipping features to our customers. Prototyping will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as you will design and prototype multiple ideas quickly, sometimes with customers, to validate product direction. You will produce UX assets to meet both customer and engineering needs, gather and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to iteratively improve and refine designs, and gain a solid understanding of our tools and the way our customers use them to help drive product innovation and guide user experiences across all Cribl products. Finally, you will contribute to growing Cribl's design maturity through your curiosity and understanding of our products and UX best practices, such as design-led workshops and journey mapping exercises.
