About the position
The Senior UX Researcher will conduct in-depth user research to gather insights that inform design decisions. This role involves developing and maintaining user personas and journey maps, planning and executing usability tests, and analyzing research data to provide actionable recommendations. The position requires proficiency in tools like Figma and Maze to support research activities and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps based on research findings
- Plan and execute usability tests to validate and refine user interfaces
- Analyze and interpret research data to provide actionable recommendations
- Utilize tools like Figma and Maze to support research activities and documentation
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience within Mixed Methods Research
- Experience leading projects
- Understanding and application of common UX research methodologies (i.e., interviews, usability studies, and surveys)
- Industry experience in expert user interfaces for a particular persona or educated persona
- Portfolio to showcase experience
- Experience with Figma
- Experience with Maze
