About the position

The Senior UX/UI Designer will play a pivotal role in transforming digital fashion experiences for a leading fashion e-commerce brand. This position focuses on crafting visually stunning and functional user interfaces that resonate with a global audience. The designer will collaborate with various teams to understand customer needs and leverage insights to create engaging digital solutions that enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX, product management, and digital merchandising teams to understand customer needs and drive the design vision.
• Create visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile, ensuring brand consistency and user engagement across all platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and conduct usability testing to refine the user experience.
• Conduct UX research, including user interviews and data analysis, to shape personas and journey maps that inform design direction.
• Maintain and evolve digital design guidelines to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience.
• Stay updated on e-commerce, UX design, and fashion tech trends to enhance the digital presence.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of UX/UI design experience within the retail or fashion industry, with a compelling portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered, responsive design and the ability to create engaging shopping experiences.
• Excellent collaborative and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with 2D and 3D animations for web and mobile.
• A thoughtful approach to inclusive design, catering to a diverse audience.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
