About the position

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in UX design, web design, and animation to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in conceptualization, prototyping, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As a key player in our design team, you will be responsible for creating compelling and user-centric designs that align with our strategic goals and enhance the overall user experience. In this role, you will lead the design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring that the designs are intuitive, engaging, and user-focused. You will develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate and test design concepts. Additionally, you will create interactive animations and transitions to enrich user experiences and drive engagement. Your expertise in front-end development will be crucial as you utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement and refine designs, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness. You will also be responsible for designing visual elements such as layouts, color schemes, typography, and icons to enhance the aesthetic and usability of applications. Employing tools like Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, and Sketch will be essential in executing your design and animation tasks. Applying empathetic design principles to understand user needs and craft solutions that offer a seamless experience will be a key aspect of your work. Finally, you will effectively present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment and understanding across the board.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Around 5 years of relevant experience in UX design.
• Overall experience of 9 years in design roles, with a demonstrated portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in wireframing, visual design, and animation.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Competency in design and prototyping tools: Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, Sketch.
• Experience in empathetic design and illustration.
• Excellent demonstration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss design ideas.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with design systems and frameworks.
