Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders is essential to gather requirements and develop user-centered designs that enhance the user experience and drive business success. The designer will serve as a subject matter expert for the design team, providing guidance, documenting best practices, and mentoring other designers. Analyzing workflows of existing and new products, current UI/UX, and Sales and Marketing business strategies is crucial to create user designs that align with business strategies. The role also includes designing an integrated UI/UX workflow that supports a more intuitive self-service model across products, producing high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps using established design tools. The designer will use data from research, user testing, and market analysis to create user-centered designs, develop new designs to maintain a competitive edge, perform tests on user interface elements, and use metrics to analyze and continuously improve the user experience.
