About the position

The Sr. UI/UX Full Stack Designer at CareScout is responsible for leading the design process for user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves user research, information architecture, visual design, and front-end development, ensuring that products are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient processes and drive revenue through innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.
• Design clear and intuitive information architectures, sitemaps, and user flows.
• Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to define user interactions and workflows across multiple platforms.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Illustrate design ideas using sketches, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.
• Translate designs into clean, efficient, and responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Create robust design systems and interaction paradigms that support user needs and goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Conduct user testing throughout the design process to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop prototypes to test product features and ideas.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a proven track record of designing and developing successful digital products across web, mobile, and tablets.
• Proficiency in user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and Front End development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and experience across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Experience with user testing platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.

• Understanding of Front End engineering to collaborate closely with developers.
• Bachelor's degree in design/fine arts, Psychology, Communication, Interaction Design, English, Computer Science, or related field.
