About the position

The Senior UX/UI Product Designer role focuses on creating user-centered designs for digital products, particularly in the e-commerce and e-platform sectors. This position requires a strong background in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality user experiences. The designer will collaborate with developers and researchers to implement design strategies and ensure accessibility across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces and experiences for digital products, focusing on e-commerce and e-platforms.
  • Leverage expertise in information architecture to create intuitive navigation and content structures.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement designs in an agile environment.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create prototypes and design specifications using Figma and other design tools.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
  • Articulate product strategy and vision through design thinking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly for content and information-heavy applications.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design and visual design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design methods and principles.
  • Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping.
  • Proficiency in prototyping and motion design skills are a plus.
  • Experience working in scrum/agile environments and collaborating with developers.
  • Familiarity with user experience research methods and designing experiments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional design software beyond Figma.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
