Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop a cohesive product narrative and mission.
- Lead the establishment and improvement of UX writing and content design processes across multiple teams or products.
- Influence project priorities to balance tactical and strategic efforts in alignment with project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, content design, or related fields, including leading content strategy projects.
Nice-to-haves
- 5 years of writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing experience in an agency setting with executive leadership interaction.
- 3 years of experience in a cross-functional technology organization.
- Experience defining and influencing writing guidelines and language patterns.
- Experience conducting language and design audits across products and features.
- Experience in maps or geo-spatial domains, or writing for new domains like AI.
