About the position

As a Senior UX Writer and Content Designer at Moveworks, you will play a crucial role in shaping product experiences by creating engaging and clear text that enhances user interaction with the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex product concepts into accessible messages, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and messaging frameworks. Your work will also involve developing marketing copy and guidelines that align with product development cycles and marketing campaigns, ultimately helping to demystify AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear, concise, and engaging copy for product interfaces targeting key user needs and journeys.
  • Drive vision for product language and content through collaboration with Product Designers, Product Managers, and other writing functions.
  • Conduct user research and testing to optimize product content, ensuring intuitive and accessible language.
  • Collaborate with PMM to develop marketing copy for various channels including website, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and paid ads.
  • Produce copy that aligns with campaign objectives, brand voice, and SEO best practices to drive user engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and document strategies with guidelines, establishing best practices and principles.
  • Manage projects from needs assessment to implementation, identifying opportunities, establishing priorities, securing resources, and managing stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience writing in-product copy and/or product marketing, particularly in B2B or SaaS industries.
  • Proven ability to craft detailed, engaging long-form content that simplifies complex product concepts for broader enterprise audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside design, product, engineering, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of producing high-quality in-product content design/copywriting and/or marketing content that meets brand guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a focus on delivering content that drives engagement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience working in high-tech startups or mid-sized SaaS companies.
  • Experience with tools like Figma / Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Familiarity with emerging web content trends and technologies.
