About the position

The Senior Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing the vendor and partner management process, analyzing vendor performance, and reporting to facilitate effective decision-making and drive business value for Allegis Group, Inc. This role requires a strong understanding of development processes, analytical skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts and issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Define, influence, and measure delivery of committed services from assigned vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance against contract terms to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Triage SLA compliance issues and track credits due.
  • Act as the central point of contact for vendors, fostering successful relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Stay updated on vendor management trends to drive optimization and process improvements.
  • Facilitate strategic business reviews and ensure vendor and business stakeholder needs are met.
  • Create and publish vendor performance dashboards for leadership.
  • Manage surveys, analyze data, identify trends, and develop presentations.
  • Drive best practices, standardization, and process improvements in vendor management.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, business leads, and Procurement to ensure compliance with vendor management policies.
  • Support Finance with invoice validation, billing dispute resolution, and cost analysis.
  • Administer the MS team site, managing various artifacts and documentation.
  • Support the vendor interaction framework to control vendor engagement frequency and participant mix.
  • Develop and formalize relationships with strategic and emerging vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in an Information Technology environment.
  • Working knowledge of information technology principles and concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
