About the position

Citi, the leading global bank, is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead for its Chief Information Security Office (CISO). This role is pivotal in implementing the Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) within the CISO organization, managing processes, and identifying controls to mitigate cybersecurity risks. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Cyber MCA, Regulatory Management, Controls, and Quality Assurance group. The CISO is dedicated to ensuring the safety of Citi's clients, employees, and proprietary data through a comprehensive information security program that aligns with modern control frameworks and enterprise architecture. The Cybersecurity Lead will engage proactively in Citi's Consent Order and Transformation activities, focusing on CEAM integrations and process intelligence, while also integrating advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This role will support the CISO MCA Governance Team in managing global process profiles and will foster partnerships with data governance and business architecture organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture process governance, data governance policy, and cybersecurity risk management. They will be responsible for guiding CISO process owners, ensuring consistency in the application of transformation models, and spearheading the development of Target State Process Models. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise policies and standards, as well as the ability to manage relationships across various teams to achieve sustained success. The Cybersecurity Lead will also play a crucial role in educating and training personnel at all levels on the Enterprise Architecture Methodology, ensuring that the CISO organization is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of cybersecurity governance.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Business Architecture in managing CISO owned processes and support roll out of the CEAM operational tools within CISO organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to CISO process owners in all activities related to managing CISO processes and help process owners navigate their new responsibilities.
  • Provide direction to ensure consistency and efficiency of application of the Transformation models that align and integrate with Cyber's objectives across the organization.
  • Spearhead efforts on building and maintaining Target State Process Models for CISO owned processes.
  • Directly support efforts on creating and implementing Global Process Profiles for CISO processes and support future state MCA governance.
  • Support integration of CEAM methodology across the wide variety of applications and user cases.
  • Gain deep knowledge of enterprise policies, standards and requirements of the Enterprise Architecture Process Governance Policy (EAPGP), Enterprise Architecture Process Governance Standard (PGS), Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP), and Citi Data Governance Standard (CDGS).
  • Support CISO businesses in second and third line reviews and challenges related to CEAM.
  • Actively manage relationships with engineering, operations, application, and risk management teams to achieve sustained success.
  • Educate and train people at all levels on Enterprise Architecture Methodology.

Requirements

  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture Process governance, Data Governance Policy, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Governance, Risk and Control (GRC).
  • Certifications in Risk Management, Project Management (e.g. CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, meet challenging deadlines.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills (e.g. macros, pivots, complex formulas).
  • Familiarity with data visualization/analytics business applications such as Tableau, QlikView, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus.
