About the position

Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer marketing strategy and execution for key accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop innovative campaigns leveraging influencers to generate organic buzz and increase engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand social media and influencer marketing services with existing clients.
  • Drive content creation strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead influencer marketing engagements for key accounts, ensuring impactful programs exceed client expectations.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, digital marketing, or communications, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and growing influencer marketing and social media programs within an agency environment.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with experience building, retaining, and growing senior-level client relationships.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven influencer and social media strategies that generate measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring and leading teams, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, influencer partnerships, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams at all levels.
