About the position

The Senior Vice President of Marketing at Ensono is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand presence, drives business growth, and supports the mission of delivering exceptional IT solutions. This role involves leading a dynamic marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Ensono's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking marketing strategy that aligns with Ensono's business goals and enhances market position.
  • Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels to strengthen brand recognition and reputation.
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online presence, engage target audiences, and optimize digital channels.
  • Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee planning and execution of corporate events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engage with key stakeholders, clients, and prospective clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, within the IT services or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Senior Vice President or similar senior marketing leadership experience at a managed service provider
