About the position

The Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Presbyterian Senior Living is a pivotal role that focuses on developing and implementing strategies aimed at enhancing resident occupancy across all service levels. In addition to overseeing census development, this role is tasked with establishing and maintaining a strong brand identity for Presbyterian Senior Living. This includes ensuring that all marketing materials and communications reflect the organization's values and mission consistently. The Senior Vice President will lead a diverse team that includes corporate sales, marketing, social media, communication, and community sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity in outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in the context of senior living, and will leverage this knowledge to enhance the organization's market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective sales strategies that align with the organization's goals. The Senior Vice President will also play a key role in training and developing team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement census development activities to increase and maintain resident occupancy.
  • Create and manage marketing messaging for all service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with PSL policies and procedures regarding census development.
  • Establish and maintain brand identity across the organization.
  • Oversee corporate sales, marketing, social media, communication, and community sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Train and develop team members in sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in marketing or business administration required.
  • Ten years of marketing and sales management experience required, preferably in LPC or healthcare.
  • Prior experience with lead management systems.
  • Proficient in training and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email applications.
