About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive enterprise growth. The ideal candidate will bring a bias for action, exceptional service sales experience, and expertise in solutions-based selling tailored for enterprise-level clients and 'whale' accounts. This executive leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets while cultivating long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on enterprise accounts and large-scale, high-value clients.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying, pursuing, and closing large, complex deals.
  • Champion a solutions-selling approach to address client pain points and deliver tailored, strategic logistics solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and create compelling value propositions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization that embodies a bias for action and a commitment to results.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth within enterprise accounts.
  • Represent ACERTUS as a thought leader in the logistics and automotive industries.
  • Own the sales pipeline and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
  • Drive measurable growth by identifying and expanding into new market segments.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in logistics, automotive, or a related service-based industry.
  • Expertise in solutions-based selling with a demonstrated ability to sell strategic services and address complex client challenges.
  • Experience managing sales for enterprise-level accounts and closing large-scale deals.
  • Strong operational acumen with a bias for action and a results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build lasting relationships with high-value clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience scaling and leading high-performing sales teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals while driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
