About the position

The Senior Vice President of Product Management - Core Digital at Epsilon is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the company's Media business. This newly created role focuses on managing all aspects of Epsilon's Media offerings, requiring a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and a strong background in Advertising Technology and Media products. The SVP will lead product strategy, manage a high-performance team, and ensure alignment with client needs and business growth, while also developing metrics to measure success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision and set the strategic direction for Epsilon's Ad Tech products.
  • Own and drive the entire product lifecycle from design to launch.
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps, considering feasibility, effort, financial impact, and strategic value.
  • Ensure alignment between the Marketing team and Product strategy.
  • Act as a critical partner to other Product & Marketing stakeholders, communicating plans and influencing the business.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a product team that nurtures a customer-driven product culture.
  • Research and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in the Product organization.
  • Distill and communicate core tenets of the Product strategy to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Deep industry knowledge of the Ad Tech media space.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven managerial or supervisory experience in a $1B+ media business.
  • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking.
  • Ability to lead product transformation visioning and roadmap while managing day-to-day activities.
  • Experience managing and delivering a variety of product solutions to stakeholders.
  • Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience influencing business or marketing strategy through competitive information and market awareness.
  • Ability to think strategically and formulate product solutions to solve client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative with proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • BA/BS degree; advanced degree and/or MBA desirable.
