About the position

The Senior Vice President, Product Management - CORE Digital at Epsilon is a strategic leadership role responsible for the growth of Epsilon's Media business. This newly created position will oversee all aspects of the Media business, focusing on programmatic advertising and the development of Advertising Technology, Media, and Data products. The role requires a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with business growth and technology objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision and set the strategic direction for Epsilon's Ad Tech products.
  • Own and drive the entire product lifecycle from design to launch.
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps, considering feasibility, effort, financial impact, and strategic value.
  • Align the Marketing team with Product strategy on market positioning and product management.
  • Act as a critical partner to Product & Marketing stakeholders, communicating plans and influencing business direction.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance product team.
  • Research and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in the Product organization.
  • Communicate core tenets of the Product strategy and vision to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven managerial or supervisory experience in a $1B+ media business.
  • Deep industry knowledge of the Ad Tech media space.
  • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking.
  • Ability to lead product transformation visioning and roadmap while managing day-to-day activities.
  • Experience in managing and delivering a variety of product solutions to stakeholders.
  • Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience influencing business or marketing strategy through competitive information and market awareness.
  • Ability to think strategically and formulate product solutions to meet client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop relationships across diverse teams.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative with a proven track record of leadership.
