About the position

The Senior Vice President of Product Management - Core Digital at Epsilon is responsible for driving the growth of the company's Media business. This newly created role focuses on managing all aspects of Epsilon's Media offerings, requiring a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and a strategic vision for the future of Advertising Technology and Media. The SVP will lead product strategy, manage a high-performance team, and ensure alignment with client needs and business growth while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision and set the strategic direction for Epsilon's Ad Tech products.
  • Own and drive the entire product lifecycle from design to launch.
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps, considering feasibility, effort, financial impact, and strategic value.
  • Align the Marketing team with Product strategy on market positioning and product management.
  • Communicate plans and elevate questions among Product & Marketing stakeholders.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a product team to nurture a customer-driven product culture.
  • Research and recommend improvements for the Product organization.
  • Distill and communicate core tenets of the Product strategy to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Deep industry knowledge of the Ad Tech media space.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven managerial or supervisory experience in a $1B+ media business.
  • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking.
  • Ability to lead product transformation visioning and roadmap while managing day-to-day activities.
  • Experience managing and delivering a variety of product solutions to stakeholders.
  • Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience influencing business or marketing strategy through competitive information and market awareness.
  • Ability to think strategically and formulate product solutions to solve client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative with proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • BA/BS degree; advanced degree and/or MBA desirable.
